There were a lot of smaller screw ups as well- the game seriously encourages quarterbacking, the high point of the game is in the dead middle, and the Dancer’s AI is absolutely stupid. It takes FIVE HOURS, and it doesn’t stay interesting for even half that time. Like, you’re actually supposed to fight exactly the same fights over and over again to grind your power up until you’re ready to fight a boss. They turned out a horrible anti climactic slog. They’re still far ahead of any other game publisher on Kickstarter, and have so far collected 46,623,586 from 292,214 pledges on 33 separate tabletop game campaigns.
